2: into the circlip machine: the circlip adopts the material string storage (feed material guarantee), automatic discharge, positioning, press-fit; press-fit with leak detection function;
3: rotor winding spot welding machine:
3.1: high-speed winding part: full-balanced double-flying fork design, equipped with active servo tension wire frame, not open mold winding, suitable for high-speed, high-quality rotor winding; - winding process tension controllable;
3.2: spot welding part: imported miyaji 300a power supply with special high-power transformer, shift fork positioning, servo indexing indexing, servo electric cylinder drive to adjust high-precision spot welding; welding electrode (tungsten rod) with spot welding limit alarm function ; spot welding head and tail hook recognition function; (with spot and tail hook automatic identification and tail hook shift function during spot welding;)
4: post-weld air-cooling device: on-line air cooling is performed on the post-weld rotor commutator by using the online processing waiting time;
5: commutator secondary press-fit and hook-to-hook splitter: commutator secondary press-fit adopts servo-cylinder drive press: with displacement detection function during press-fit, when press-fit is not in place, the device can automatically alarm and reminder--the tooling design has the hook-and-edge limit function (protecting the commutator hook to prevent the surrounding line of the commutator from arching and overlapping each other)
6: post-weld air-cooling device: on-line air cooling is performed on the post-weld rotor commutator by using the online processing waiting time;
7: double-station finishing machine: automatic loading and unloading of rotor; roughing, finishing (with the same knife), brushing burrs in sequence; stable equipment, high turning precision; with movable v-shaped support with sharp knife;
