this machine can press shafts into rotors of all kinds of micro motors.
it is controlled by plc. material storage mechanism can supply shafts for main machine to complete shaft pressing. the machine is made up of four parts which are main machine, fixture and manipulator for loading and unloading.
main machine is made up of parts of shaft pressing, armature feeding and shaft feeing. part of shaft pressing is droved by servo system.
①high-powered servo controller assure exactly test and control of displacement and speed during shaft pressing.
②the displacement date during pressing can be record and save in real time. and it automatically compensates place during pressing to make it.
③ the data of many kinds of rotors are save in memorizer. you can directly transfer the data when the product is changed.
the riveted armature is put on chain line by manual. there is coming tester at lay-off station.
major technical
there is shaft in place monitor from chain line to main worktable. that avoids armature misplacement.
there is vacancy alarm at shaft pressing place to remind to load. there is shaft in place monitor after shaft is sent to servo pressing head to avoid to the shaft drop from pressing head.
shaft in place monitor:this function is achieved by plc via the feedback of servo coder. it alarms when pulse signal didn’t get target date.
one time loading can last 60 minutes
